About the project: Our Hawker Centres – A Heritage & Art Project is an initiative to raise public awareness of the heritage and cultural value of Singapore’s hawker centres and the areas they are located in. It celebrates Singapore’s unique hawker culture and also highlights the heritage of our neighbourhoods by incorporating art within existing hawker centres.
